This keyboard is in excellent condition. (I keep extremely good care of my instruments.) - Kept in a clean, smoke & pet free studio environment.

It needs a new battery. (CR2032) I've used it without a battery for a while now (still plays just fine without one). Changing it is easy, here's a video on how: How to change battery

Shipping: I always have The UPS Store do the packaging and shipping so that it's done correctly for insurance requirements. Full shipping-insurance is always included. They charge $81 for packaging and, as an estimate, shipping to NY is $200 and shipping to CA is $185. I can give you exact shipping cost when I get your address.

Return policy: A full refund will be issued once the item is inspected. If it appears to be damaged in shipping, a claim will be generated with the courier, and a refund will be issued once the claim has been settled. Items must be returned in original non-damaged packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Shipping damage: If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping please notify me immediately. The courier will want photos taken and emailed to them as soon as possible. I can guide you through the process. This will expedite the insurance claim so that you'll get your refund sooner.
